Our helpline is here to support adults living in Gloucestershire who are experiencing mild to moderate wellbeing difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood or depression, including support for self-harm. We can also provide support and information to friends, family, carers and professionals.

The Connect and Offload Helpline provides anonymous, confidential, person-centered wellbeing support through telephone, text or webchat. The helpline is available to anyone over 18 who lives in Gloucestershire. The team will listen to you and help you navigate the most useful support for you at that time – whether this is emotional and or practical support. The team can access a wide variety of online self-care tools and resources and will be happy to explore these with you. If appropriate, we can signpost you to other sources of support both nationally and within Gloucestershire.
Our dedicated team of helpline workers are available to support you with any wellbeing difficulties you are experiencing. Whether this is a related to stressful life events, isolation and loneliness, caring responsibilities, or an ongoing mental health difficulty such as anxiety or depression.
